Abdelaziz Alhanaee

Abdelaziz Alhanaee

Holds a BA in law from Dubai Police Academy and Diploma in Arbitration from Alexandria University. Abdelaziz Alhanaee practicing law since 2002 and he was a partner and head of litigation at Habib Al Mulla & Company (currently Baker & McKenzie.Habib Al Mulla) for over eight years. His experience prior to that was in the Ministry of Interior for seven years.

Abdelaziz Alhanaee is specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law, handling criminal, civil and commercial cases. Alhanaee is licensed to appear before Emirate level and Federal Courts (court of First Instance, Appeal Court, Court of Cassation and The Supreme Court).

Hussein Shabana

Hussein holds a Master’s Degree in General and Criminal law from Cairo University. Hussein has successfully handled all types of lawsuits before the Federal and Local Courts of the UAE. Hussein has been practicing law in Dubai for more than 20 years.

Hussein was a Partner in Hadef & Partners and worked at the Litigation Department for almost three years.

Prior to that Hussein was Senior Partner and Head of Civil and Commercial Department – Litigation – in Habib Al Mulla & Company (currently Baker & McKenzie.Habib Al Mulla) for more than fifteen year

Mohamed Rouchdi

Mohamed Rouchdi

Mohamed finished his legal studies at the Egyptian Faculty of Law – Alexandria University. Mohamed is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association and registered before the Egyptian Supreme Court.

Mohamed joined the Dispute Resolution Department at Hadef & Partners in early 2008 as Senior Legal Consultant for almost five years. Mohamed acted for a range of local and international corporations, as well as UAE government entities.

Mohamed’s period of employment with Hadef & Partners was intersected with seven months inwhich Mohamed joined Damac Properties LLC as Legal Vice-President.

Prior to that, Mohamed was a Lawyer in the Litigation Department at Habib Al Mulla & Company Dubai (currently Baker & McKenzie.Habib Al Mulla) for more than three years.

Following graduation, Mohamed spent more than 10 years of his career as a court litigator and legal correspondent at Eldib Advocates – Alexandria, Egypt. Mohamed worked as a lawyer in the Maritime Law and Banking fields.
